New Title IX Regulations May Not be Right Around the Corner as Was Previously Expected
The United States Department of Education will likely delay the release of its rework to federal sexual misconduct and gender identity policies. The Ed Department originally targeted a May release date for the final rules under the Biden administration’s rework of the Trump-era Title IX policies. This projected release was then moved to October. Policy experts say the release will likely be pushed back again.
